Silva Minted gladly accepts and processes returns in the form of store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt on new and unworn merchandise. All sale item(s) and face coverings are final sale.
*Item(s) must be unused and in the original condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. If the item(s) is ruined or used they will not be eligible for return. Please ensure to include contact information with the return, and if possible, provide us with a tracking number. Silva Minted recommends getting a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, this allows for easier monitoring of the return if needed.

Upon receipt of your return SM will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets our return requirements. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the item(s) along with a return resolution (approval or denial of store credit or exchange).
If the return is approved you will receive a store credit emailed to you for future use with an expiry date. For exchanges, the exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you. You will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item(s).
*All expedited processing fees are non-refundable.
Merchandise purchased as gifts
If the item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the item(s). Once the returned item(s) is received, a store credit will be emailed to you for future use with an expiry date.
Returning A Package
For returned item(s) being shipped internationally, please tag the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges and duties. Silva Minted will NOT be held liable for any accrued returned Customs charges. Any/all charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
For packages that are not claimed at the post office by the customer within 14 days, SM reserves the right to charge the customer a handling fee to cover any related freight and administrative costs.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow two weeks turnaround to receive merchandise after the date of purchase. Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 14 days. An email confirmation will be provided once your order is ready to ship.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Should the item(s) you order become out-of-stock, we will notify you and provide a refund.
*Please note: we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
For orders shipped outside North America, billing and shipping address must be the same. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for delivery. Any delays at Customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under SM’s control. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
Silva Minted ships to most countries although some countries orders cannot be processed online. Should this be the case kindly email or phone us with your order email@example.com 1-844-973-5343. For security purposes we recommend phoning in your credit card number.
International shipping fees range from $30 - $150 CAD, depending on destination, the shipping service selected, and the weight of your package. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.
Customs, Duties and Other Fees
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose for the delivery of the order. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by Canadian law to declare the exact value of all items ordered. Due to the nature of our business (retail), we are prohibited from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient.
All domestic and international packages are shipped via UPS. Free standard shipping applies to all domestic online orders.
